I think I'm doing this wrong

About every forty-two seconds week, one of my children asks if we can get a cat. My answer is always the same, "No, because I'm allergic to cats." This doesn't sway them. Ever. So when Stevie recentlt asked via text message, I thought I'd switch up the standard conversation hoping to put an end to the topic forever. (Please note that as allergic as I am to cats, Sean is more so of shellfish.)
